Steve rescued me in my hour of need! Moved house and had 3 toilets and two taps that didn't work. He came at very short notice, did a fabulous job and saved the day… all at a very reasonable price

Replacement boiler installed. Mr Farnell turned up as agreed, started work straight away and didn't stop till the job was finished. Steve did a very good job when replacing our gas boiler. He came when he said he would and took 2 days. He did the preparation work one day and the actual replacement the second day. So we were only without heat for about 7 hours which was a bonus. His work was neat and tidy. We will be using him for boiler servicing and other plumbing work in the future.

He was really professional and friendly. Came out on the same day and rectified the problem straight away which was a toilet not flushing. Felt very happy with the work carried out and would definitely use the service again. Explained everything and provided a reasonable quote that I was very happy with. We have just installed a new Worcester Borsche combi boiler and new radiators throughout my flat. The job was exceptional, both were so hardworking, worked non-stop and diligently and finished in no time. bricking up a big gap that the old boiler when removed had left behind.
